MARGY SCALES

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Serving on the front lines as Administrative Assistant for the Mountain West Conference is Margy Scales. An integral part of the Mountain West team, her extensive experience as an office manager and administrator is critical to the conference's staff. In addition to maintaining the overall office facility including the computer system, Scales provides administrative support to the entire staff including the Commissioner. Her flexibility and humor are keys to keeping the Mountain west running smoothly.

A native of Eaton Rapids, Mich., Scales and her husband Steve, have three grown children and are the proud grandparents of seven. The couple came to Colorado Springs in 1997 after spending more than 40 years in New Mexico. Scales received her bachelor's in liberal studies from the University of Oklahoma in 1995 and obtained her paralegal certificate from the University of New Mexico in 1996.
