MARTY FLETCHER

COORDINATOR OF WOMEN'S BASKETBALL OFFICIALS

Fletcher enters his third year at the Mountain West Conference. Prior to his role at the MWC, he served three years as the head coach and assistant athletic director for the women's basketball program at the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs. He brings over 28 years of college coaching experience into his role as coordinator of officials. Fletcher's credentials as a head coach are impressive, with an outstanding record for building quality Division I-A programs. Prior to his time at UCCS, Fletcher was the men's basketball coach at the University of Denver from 1997-2001. He also spent 11 years as the head coach at University of Southwestern Louisiana (1986-97) and four years at the Virginia Military Institute (1982-86).

A native of Washington, D.C., Fletcher earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Maryland. He and his wife, Cynthia, have two daughters, Emily and Allison.
