LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) - Steve Leven scored 16 points - and Justin Williams had 20 rebounds and nine blocks - to lead Wyoming to an 87-78 win over Charlotte on Tuesday for third place in the Black Coaches Association Invitational.

The 49ers (1-2) trailed the Cowboys (2-1) by as much as 67-48 about midway through the second half. But Charlotte got back into the game with help from four 3-pointers by Curtis Withers.

The Cowboys outshot Charlotte 56 percent to 31 percent from the field. The 49ers were led by Withers with 25 points, followed by De'Angelo with 21. Withers and Chris Nance each had 15 rebounds.
